Advertisement and Cancellation/Refund Aggrement

This Jetizy Cancellation/Refund Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") regulates the terms and conditions of use of the Jetizy website (www.jetizy.com), Jetizy mobile application, and all physical and digital platforms where Jetizy products and services may be offered by Jetizy Information Technologies Marketing and Trade Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Jetizy") with its registered address at Ul. Boris Kidrich Street 62/1 Lok. 7 , Tetovo, by all individual and/or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as "User/Account Owner") who create an account on the Platform by accepting these Agreement conditions.

JETIZY may change the "price" and/or "rules" and/or "content" related to the services it provides with the services mentioned below and other services that it may implement over time without any notice or notification to the "User"/"Account Holder". Changes made by JETIZY regarding its services will be valid as of the date on publishing on the "Portal." Any individual or legal entity accessing the "Portal" is considered to have accepted all the changes made by "JETIZY."

1. JETIZY Ads. Services Agreement

1.1 The "Account Holder" will create their ads in compliance with the rules determined by "JETIZY" via the "JETIZY Account" and upload them to the JETIZY Database.

1.2 "JETIZY" will review the ads created by the "Account Holder" and accept or reject the publication of these ads on the "Portal."JETIZY" will freely determine and specify the criteria, conditions, and deadlines for evaluating the ads and publish them on the "Portal."

1.3 "JETIZY" may temporarily or permanently suspend the publication of the relevant ad without any notice to the "Account Holder" for reasons such as the ad being contrary to the law and morality, infringing on the personal and commercial rights of others, receiving warnings in this regard, or directly or indirectly violating this Agreement and the rules and conditions on the "Portal."JETIZY" accepts, declares, and undertakes that it will not make any refunds to the "Account Holder" regarding the aforementioned situation, and similarly, the "Account Holder" accepts, declares, and undertakes that they will not demand or file a lawsuit against "JETIZY" for the refund of the amount they paid.

1.4 "JETIZY" may make agreements with third parties for the display of the ads published on the "Portal" on other websites, search engines, and "JETIZY" ads and advertisements. The "Account Holder" expressly states and accepts in this Agreement that they grant authority to "JETIZY" for this purpose.

1.5 The "Account Holder" acknowledges that they are responsible for all actions and transactions carried out through the "JETIZY Account" and that they will not make any objection or claim that they did not perform the actions and transactions carried out here, and that they will not refrain from fulfilling their obligations based on this objection or claim.

1.6 The "Account Holder" agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will not engage in any unlawful acts such as defamation, commercial defamation, threats, or harrasment in the ads they publish on the "Portal," will not engage in attempts and actions that will unreasonably or excessively burden the infrastructure of the "Portal," and will not allow texts and visuals that are shameful, pornographic, or contrary to morality to be included in the advertisements to be published on the "Portal."

1.7 The "Account Holder" will advertise and promote their goods and services with real, accurate, and legal information on the "Portal." It is prohibited for the "Account Holder" to advertise goods and services for which they do not have the authority as stated in the ad. In this context, "JETIZY" may, without the need for any warning, temporarily suspend the "Account" of the "Account Holder," close their account, and unilaterally terminate this Agreement without any obligation of refund or compensation.

1.8 The "Account Holder" agrees, declares, and undertakes that they will not publish ads that violate any legislation, including but not limited to consumer protection, intellectual property rights, unfair competition, and advertising regulations, and that their ads will not contain statements contrary to this legislation, and that there will be no images, videos, or visuals contrary to this legislation in their ads.

1.9 The "Account Holder" agrees, declares, and undertakes to pay the fee(J +Plus upgrades) for the category they have chosen.

1.10 Individuals or legal entities using the "Portal" may sign-up only one "Account" on the "Portal." For this purpose, users agree, declare, and undertake not to create more than one "JETIZY Account" using different usernames, email addresses, or phone numbers. If this rule is violated and determined by JETIZY, all "JETIZY Accounts" of the "Account Holder" may be temporarily suspended or the account of this account holder may be closed by JETIZY. In case of any reason, if the "Account" is closed or the "Account" is suspended, and if a new account is opened by the user to access the Portal and if this new account is detected by JETIZY; JETIZY reserves the right to cancel all "JETIZY Accounts" of this user without the need for any warning and unilaterally terminate this Agreement without any obligation of refund, compensation, or penalty.

2. JETIZY Product Cancellation and Return Obligations

2.1 The account holder may benefit from certain products and services provided by 'JETIZY' for a fee within the Portal, with the aims of making their listings on the Portal more easily accessible by other users than other listings, and increasing the visual effectiveness of their listings.

2.2 With this "Service," the "Account Holder" can ensure that the content of their ads entered via the "JETIZY Account" is displayed in different formats on the Portal. Depending on the features of the upgrades selected by the "Account Holder" during the creation of the ad, the ad will be displayed differently from the ads that did not select the same upgrades. Products is only valid for the selected ad. and cannot be transferred to a different ad. Any delay in displaying products due to page errors caused by JETIZY or problems in the JETIZY database will be resolved by adding problematic days to the upgrade period by JETIZY.
