Jetizy Privacy Notice Regarding the Protection and Processing of Personal Data
As Jetizy Information Technologies Marketing and Trade Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as "Jetizy"), the operator of the Jetizy website (www.jetizy.com) and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), we would like to inform you about our practices and your rights under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "PDPA"), relevant other legal regulations, and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board (collectively referred to as the "PDPA Regulations").
Through this Privacy Notice, we aim to inform you about how your data is collected by us, for what purpose it will be processed, to whom and for what purpose your processed data may be transferred, the legal basis for these actions, the retention period of the data, and your rights provided under the PDPA Regulations.
Jetizy, within the limits necessitated by its commercial activities, collects and processes personal data within the scope of its commercial relationships and activities with customers, users, and other commercial entities, as well as with third parties from whom it receives services in the course of its commercial activities. Jetizy takes necessary measures to ensure the privacy and security of such personal data in accordance with the PDPA Regulations.
The security measures taken by Jetizy are provided at an appropriate level in accordance with possible risks, taking into account technological capabilities. Despite the precautions taken, in the event of any harm to personal data or third parties gaining access to personal data as a result of potential attacks on Jetizy systems, this situation will be immediately reported to you and the Personal Data Protection Board.

Jetizy collects your personal data through information and documents directly submitted by you, email correspondence, any information shared with our company in any way, and information provided to us by third parties, subject to compliance with the PDPA regulations. Jetizy collects personal data from users through the website www.jetizy.com, and does not use cookies. Your transactions and personal data are recorded on our website.
Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the PDPA's Article 5, either based on one or more of the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the PDPA or based on your explicit consent, and in compliance with the personal data processing principles in Article 4 of the PDPA and the obligations set forth in relevant legislation. In this context, your personal data may be processed for purposes including but not limited to the conduct of information security processes, the execution and supervision of business activities, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPA.
To Whom and for What Purposes Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your personal data may be shared and transferred domestically and internationally in compliance with the security and privacy principles specified in the PDPA regulations, and with adequate and effective measures, for the purpose of achieving the objectives mentioned above; with our business partners, shareholders, consulting firms providing support in legal, tax, etc. areas, storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing) located domestically and internationally, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals and institutions, within the framework of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPA.
Your Rights Under the PDPA
Your rights as data subjects are regulated under Article 11 of the PDPA. In accordance with this article, as a data subject, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if your personal data is processed
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether personal data is transferred abroad or domestically
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the PDPA
- To request the notification of the operations made as a result of the requests mentioned above to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing personal data exclusively through automated systems
- To demand compensation if you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data
Requests from data subjects for the use of one of the above-mentioned rights within the scope of the PDPA will be resolved by JETİZY within 30 days at the latest. You can personally deliver your requests related to the rights mentioned above, filled and signed KVKK Data Subject Application Form, along with identity verification documents (ID card, driver's license, etc.), to the address: Jetizy, Ul. Boris Kidrich Street 62/1 Lok. 7 , Tetovo, or you can send them via notary or to the email address contact@jetizy.com.
JETİZY will resolve your requests related to your rights as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, free of charge. In case an additional cost arises due to the resolution of requests by JETİZY, fees determined in the tariff by the Personal Data Protection Board may be requested by JETİZY.
JETİZY reserves the right to change this Privacy Notice from time to time. These changes will become effective immediately upon the publication of the revised Privacy Notice.
