Consent Form for the Processing of Personal Data

This Personal Data Processing Consent Form ("Form") has been accepted by the User under the following conditions on the date when the Jetizy User Agreement was approved.

I acknowledge that, within the framework of the Jetizy Personal Data Processing Information Text I have read, I explicitly consent to the processing of my personal data for the purpose of carrying out and monitoring the business activities of Jetizy Information Technologies Marketing and Trade Joint Stock Company ("Jetizy") and the transfer of my personal data to the third parties mentioned in the Jetizy Personal Data Processing Information Text, and I have been informed about my rights.

Additionally;

1. The User, within the framework of the Jetizy User Agreement, agrees that Jetizy will collect, use, store, share, and process the information provided during the establishment of the User Agreement, including name, surname, date of birth, address, telephone, email address, and IP information when necessary. The Customer accepts that personal data provided to Jetizy, along with other personal data to be obtained as part of the business within the scope of the User Agreement (such as phone brand, phone model, phone operating system, etc.), may be processed without the need for explicit consent.

2. The User expressly acknowledges that he/she has been informed by Jetizy regarding the legislation related to the protection of personal data and other relevant legislation, understands the obligations imposed on him/her by this legislation, and undertakes not to act in violation of the specified legislation and any future legislation that may come into effect.
